What is Telemedicine?

• ​Through telemedicine service, you can receive medical advice anytime, anywhere, without leaving the comfort of your home. 

• Telemedicine visits will be conducted with live audio-video technology in a HIPPA-compliant fashion and documented in our office medical records just like an office visit.

• Please note that telemedicine visits may be subject to co-pays and will be processed through your health insurance company just like any office visit.

How are we practicing Telemedicine?

​

• We are offering Telemedicine service 7 days a week 

• We are using Doxy Me (Telemedicine Service) which is HIPPA compliant. 

•  Virtual visits on Doxy Me are not recorded and no data is stored after the visit is complete.

•  You do not need a Doxy account and no personal information is taken on Doxy Me. 

•  For legal compliance, we require a waiver to be signed by the patients which will be sent by our office staff by email
